What is Chronic Disorganization?(*Specialty Solutions)

At its foundation, the word chronic is defined as (of an illness) persisting for a long time or constantly recurring. Similar words like persistent, long-standing, long-term, constantly recurring, incurable, immedicable. Where on the opposite the term takes meaning such as acute;

  • (of a person) having an illness persisting for a long time or constantly recurring.

  • (of a problem) long-lasting and difficult to eradicate. 

The term disorganization is a noun with the definition as: inability to plan one's activities or affairs efficiently.

The Institute of Challenging Disorganization (ICD) defines Chronic disorganization as 

 "persists over time, frequently undermines quality of life and recurs despite repeated self-help attempts."
